Work Anywhere

It's no secret that we are a mobile society. We run around the world attached the internet so that no matter where we go we are still connected. One of the biggest adaptations is learning to be able to work anywhere. From your bed to the beach, people aren't confining themselves to an office. We are liberating ourselves from office chairs and finding ourselves in Starbucks chairs.

As we become more mobile we inevitably find ourselves in situations where we need to get work done but it's not possible. For example long plane trips or a day of meetings can take you away from the phone. So while you are out handling business, why not have someone "back at the office" handling your tasks. That's where a virtual assistant comes to the rescue. While you are in meetings all days, a VA is making any necessary arrangements that you have had to forsake.

With a VA there's always someone at the office, someone to handle matters when you cannot. So if you are out to lunch with clients and realize you never bought your brother a birthday gift and your client is still waiting to hear back from you, we are here for you.

So if you are ready to expand the office, and make every hour more productive then call in a virtual assistant and let us help your business grow.

Client Filter

New clients are great! They are a potential source of income, a new contact and a whole new opportunity. However they are also one of the ways we sacrifice time. The initial phone call or e-mail to acquire information can be burdensome. If everyday we receive a series of inquiries, then we can spend a few hours responding to them in a week! That is time that you could be working for other clients (or drinking at the pool).

That's where a virtual assistant comes in. The initial contact is an ideal task for your virtual assistant.

We Filter Out The Strong Leads From The Weak Ones:
It's frustrating to spend time answering questions when it doesn't result in revenue. A virtual assistant can filter the clients so that all of the initial information is acquired. Then you only have to follow up with the strong leads. This means you are focusing on the right clients while we handle the rest.

Don't Lose Clients!
The quickest way to lose a prospect is a lack of follow-up. It can be hard though to follow-up with new clients while working on current business. A Virtual Assistant though can make sure that everyone is contacted and no one feels ignored. The most effective strategy to obtain and keep clients is to make them feel appreciated. With a virtual assistant who is in constant contact with clients, they will always feel like you are on their side.

A decision to hire a Virtual Assistant can mean the difference between scrambling to keep up and having satisfied clients. Rest assured that you will receive an e-mail with those new leads that require your attention and those that do not.

A Progressive Idea for the Successful Entrepreneur

The entrepreneurship spirit is undeniable. It is personal and all consuming. In the beginning, it is easy to handle all of the tasks alone. It is your baby. You have created the name and the concept, and maybe you even have started to turn a profit. But now you want more. Getting that early idea off the ground requires the most effort. But in order to be successful you will need to start delegating tasks. It is true that you have your expertise and you may want to control every single aspect of the business, but to be successful you must create a team.

That's where a virtual assistant comes in. Your VA may be your very first hire but it can be the most instrumental in lifting your idea to the next level. (Not to mention, it will be the most reasonably priced hire.) It is extremely taxing to personally execute every aspect of the business. In fact, it is harmful to do that. Eventually one aspect will start to falter. A Virtual Assistant is there to take on those tasks that you don't want to do.

What Can A Virtual Assistant Do For An Entrepreneur?

In the beginning, drumming up business can be most time consuming. Returning calls and making cold calls can start to take away time from planning your business. Allowing a Virtual Assistant to take over these tasks will encourage you to continue to develop your business idea while your VA does the leg work.

The early stages of your business are a lot of research and applications. While you are out at Chamber of Commerce events, why not let your VA register your company, research bank information, and find an accountant? There are many tasks like this which will hinder growth as you try to run forward with your new business endeavor. Let your business idea flourish with some virtual assistance.

What Can You Expect When Working With A Virtual Assistant?
One of the best parts of having a Virtual Assistant is that they can hold you to a time line. As you delegate tasks, a VA will be keeping you up to date with your business. Each day you can talk to your VA about what new tasks you would like them to handle.  Often times the types of tasks are varied from researching an SEO company to buying your son a birthday gift.

Instead of feeling all the pain of starting a new business, a VA can lessen the stress level. You will still be stressed and you will still be busy, but you will be productive. Instead of stressing and moving slowly, a VA can speed up the time it takes to get form idea to profit.

How You Can Use A Virtual Assistant To Get To The Next Level?
When you have created the winning idea, and are networking to get recognition, your Virtual Assistant is representing your company as an efficient, dedicated company. Lets look at this scenario. Monday night you are at a Chamber cocktail party talking about your new endeavor. You return home at midnight and e-mail your Virtual Assistant all the cards and names you collected. Tuesday your Virtual Assistant has written personalized letters to all of your contacts. Meanwhile you are taking Tuesday to think about all the advice you received last night. Wednesday you have a doctor's appointment and family obligations. However your VA has started to call the people whose cards you have collected and is building your local presence.

When we control every level of business, each little hiccup slows down the entire project. Building a team by hiring a virtual assistant will smooth out your journey as an entrepreneur.

To learn more about how we can help you move your business forward. Give us a call. Your virtual assistant will become another great idea as you travel on to become a successful entrepreneur.
